Hello, my name is Alana Lenart and I am the founder of Etiquette for Success.

In May 2015, I travelled to Burlington, Vermont USA to train with America’s preeminent etiquette authority, The Emily Post Institute. The Emily Post Institute is at the forefront of business, wedding and lifestyle etiquette and has worked with some of America’s largest corporations. I was the first, and presently the only, Australian to be trained by The Emily Post Institute.

Etiquette training with the Emily Post Institute coupled with 13 years of Customer Service experience with Qantas makes for a unique and exciting training program.

My passion is to work with businesses to create a style of service unique to them. Their own signature moves that will attract new customers and keep them coming back!
